PowerPoint templates

With PowerPoint templates it’s easy to develop a unified and professional presentation. We develop templates with incorporating company-specific fonts, colour scheme and backgrounds. We can also update already existing presentations. The basic template consists of two pages. One start page and one page used for the following pages.

Word templates

We develop both simple and field-based versions, for example more advanced templates featuring dialogue boxes and tailor-made tool bars. The dialogue box appears each time a user opens a new document from a template. He or she fills in the parameters for the new document. Sender and standard greeting are only filled in once. In a field-based Word template the placing of heading, message text, logotype, date, footer, etc. is pre-set. The user simply moves between fields by using the F11 button and then writes straight into the shaded field. This type of template is suitable for standard documents where only certain words need to be changed, e.g. forms and agreements.
We can also update already existing templates with different logotypes and senders or other small layout changes.

The templates can be used for documents produced in different languages, with different logotypes and senders, and can be installed via the company’s intranet or downloaded from the visual identity manual.
